"Mark not only contacted me the same day as my request submitted on Service magic website but he also came to my home to measure the job. I had an estimate in less than 24 hrs. WOW! He was professional and personable from start to finish. He is a man of his word (i.e. he's there when he says he'll be there, final cost equaled estimate). Mark also drove to the granite fabricator to pick up several accent pieces for the shower which were ready several hours later than expected. This was a big help and greatly appreciated since I had to pick up my daughter from school then to the airport for my husband at the exact same time that these pieces were ready for pickup. He took care of my home by placing dropcloths, waterproof mats, moving materials and equipment carefully so as not to damage walls, stairs, carpet, etc. Mark is honest, trustworthy, reliable, a self-proclaimed perfectionist which is what every customer prefers. If you need tile work done - hire this man."
